Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to keeping nimbussolutions.org usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Nimbus Solutions, LLC (“Nimbus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring that nimbussolutions.org is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone in Southwest Colorado and the Four Corners deserves equal access to information about internet service, and we work to make this website usable regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.
The plain-English version: we have built this site to meet recognized accessibility standards, we test and improve it on an ongoing basis, and if you run into a barrier we want to hear about it and will work with you to get you the information or service you need.
Our commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We treat the accessibility of this website as a continuing responsibility and review it as we add pages, features, and content. Where we fall short, our goal is to fix the problem and to provide the information or service through another reasonable means in the meantime.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is the technical baseline used by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
This website substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Substantially conforms” means that most of the site meets the standard, though some content may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to reach and maintain full conformance.
What we have done
To support accessibility, this website has been designed and built with measures that include:
- Keyboard access. All interactive features, including navigation menus, dropdowns, forms, and dialogs, can be operated with a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
- A “skip to main content” link so people using a keyboard or screen reader can bypass the repeated navigation and jump straight to the page content.
- Visible focus indicators that clearly show which element is selected as you move through the page with a keyboard.
- Semantic, structured markup using proper landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), headings in a logical order, and lists, so assistive technologies can interpret the page correctly.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so screen readers can skip them.
- Labeled forms. Every form field has a programmatically associated label, and status messages (such as confirmation that a request was sent) are announced to screen reader users.
- Readable color contrast. Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Responsive, resizable layouts that work across screen sizes and remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and non-essential movement are minimized automatically.
- Native, accessible components for expandable content, modal dialogs, and navigation, so they behave predictably with assistive technology.
- A specified page language so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
Ongoing testing and review
We review accessibility using a combination of automated checks and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and review of structure, labels, and contrast. As we publish new pages or features, accessibility is part of how we build and check them. When we identify issues, we prioritize and address them as part of our normal site maintenance.
Known limitations and third-party content
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Areas that can affect accessibility include:
- Documents, images, or media added over time that have not yet been fully reviewed or captioned.
- Maps and other interactive embeds. Where we use an interactive coverage map, we also provide the same coverage and contact information in plain text on the page.
- Third-party tools and links. Some functions rely on third-party services (for example, our customer portal, online forms, and payment processing) or link to websites we do not control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or services operated by others, but we are glad to help you reach the same outcome another way.
If you encounter any of these, please contact us using the methods below and we will provide the information or assistance you need.

We treat accessibility reports the same way we treat any support request: a real, local person will follow up. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly, typically within a few business days, and to work with you toward a resolution. If a fix will take time, we will offer a reasonable alternative way to get the information or complete the task in the meantime.
Reasonable accommodations and alternative access
If the website is not working for you, you do not have to use it to do business with Nimbus. You can ask about service, place an order, get support, ask billing questions, and resolve account issues directly by phone, email, or mail using the contact methods above. We are happy to provide information in an alternative format or to walk you through any step over the phone.
Formal complaints
This statement and our response process are intended to resolve accessibility concerns quickly and directly. Nothing in this statement waives, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other applicable federal, state, or local law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may pursue any remedies available to you under applicable law.
Continuous improvement and feedback
We see accessibility as part of treating our neighbors well, and we will keep improving this website over time. Your feedback helps us find and fix problems we might otherwise miss, and it is genuinely appreciated.
